Through the Rapid Start Pilot Program the customer works in collaboration with Bit Stew to define a timeframe, a subset of users/consumers/devices, the required Bit Stew Modules, and the target results. Bit Stew works closely with its customers during the Pilot phase to help measure results and tune the product. Upon completion, the customer should be well positioned to understand the value and direct benefits of a broader production roll-out.
Professional Services
In addition to its World-Class software, Bit Stew offers professional services that can help with the implementation and configuring of the Bit Stew Platform and any of the Bit Stew Modules. In addition to Bit Stew’s staff of smart energy consultants, Bit Stew works closely with approved implementation partners who can be used for the implementation of the Bit Stew software product suite.

In order to meet the needs of the entire Utility ecosystem, Bit Stew offers both a SaaS (Software as a Service) Solution as well as an Enterprise License Solution. The SaaS Solution offers the benefits of limited IT involvement, no hardware purchase requirements, pay as you go pricing, and one software code base. The Enterprise solution offers the benefits of running on internal corporate servers and adhering to the strictest security and performance requirements.
